Serang, Banten – Several police officers from the Water Police Division of Banten Regional Police, particularly at the Anyer Patrol Unit Headquarters, organized the socialization of the Banten Kapolda program, known as “Jum’at Curhat” (Friday Sharing), while also introducing the Neighborhood Police (Polisi RW) program initiated by KA Baharkam Polri Komjen Mohammad Fadil Imran on the coast of Bandulu Beach, Anyer, on Friday, August 18, 2023.
On that occasion, the Neighborhood Police officers of the Anyer Patrol Unit Headquarters at the Water Police Division of Banten Regional Police, Bripka Saep, along with Commander of Ship XXIII-1006 Bripka Toni, Commander of Ship XXIII-1009 Bripka Mujib Burohman, and Deck Officer of Ship XXIII-1009 Bharaka Nurdin, also joined and mingled with the local community in the Anyer-Cinangka Beach Tourism Area, Serang Regency.
In addition to absorbing the grievances of the community involved in tourism in this location, the officers also provided assistance in the form of basic necessities to those in need.
Neighborhood Police of the Anyer Coastal Area, Bripka Saep, conveyed that there were several complaints from the community, namely regarding safety at sea and beach cleanliness. Therefore, in the future, they will collaborate and coordinate with the community in this region. “We collaborate and coordinate with the community regarding security and safety in this coastal area,” said Bripka Saep.
Meanwhile, in the same location, a resident or tourist from BPBD SAR of Serang Regency, Hendra, expressed the need for improved security in the coastal area. He mentioned that in some beach locations, there are no lifeguards. “Yes, to enhance and safeguard the safety of tourists,” he said.
Hendra continued, stating that he wanted the community in the tourist area to also receive education about beach safety. “Yes, we want education about beach safety for tourists,” he concluded.
