CCN, Tangerang- Celebrating the 24th Anniversary of Banten Province, Samsat Cikokol in Tangerang City offers unique and exciting services for taxpayers.
Dressed in traditional Banten attire, such as Baduy clothing, the Samsat staff welcomed taxpayers who came to pay their vehicle taxes today, Monday, October 7, 2024.
In addition, as a form of appreciation, Samsat Cikokol also provided attractive gifts to taxpayers, including umbrellas, tumblers, t-shirts, fans, dining utensils, and various other entertainment prizes.
However, to receive these gifts, taxpayers were required to answer questions related to the anniversary of Banten and Samsat services, such as the year Banten Province was established, which anniversary it is, the number of Samsat offices in Tangerang City, and the ongoing vehicle tax amnesty program.
“This event aims to create a pleasant atmosphere for taxpayers while also increasing public awareness about Banten Province and Samsat services,” said Dadan Romdani, Head of General Affairs at Samsat Cikokol, to TangerangNews.
Muhamad Aliayudin, one lucky taxpayer who received a prize, expressed his joy about the event. “I didn’t expect to win an interesting prize while renewing my vehicle registration. It was very fun and creative,” he stated.
He specifically came to the Samsat Cikokol office for the renewal of his vehicle registration, which was due. “I usually pay here. But this is the first time there are prizes for the special anniversary of Banten,” said Aliyudin.
He hopes that innovations like this will raise public awareness about the importance of paying vehicle taxes and provide better services to the community.
In addition to giving away prizes, the Samsat staff also promoted the ongoing vehicle tax amnesty program, which started on October 4 and will run until December.
