CCN, CILEGON – The Chairman of the Cilegon Cultural Council, Ayatullah Khumaeni, has expressed his support for a public dialogue initiative organized by the youth of Karang Tengah. The event is set to become a platform for exchanging ideas between young people from Purwakarta and Cilegon, particularly on the issue of cultural preservation.
Ayatullah conveyed this statement during a visit from several representatives of Karang Tengah youth at his residence on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
“I warmly welcome this dialogue initiative. It is a positive step toward building bridges between regions, especially in strengthening local cultural values,” Ayatullah stated.
He added that such dialogue activities are crucial for enhancing synergy between regions, considering the rich cultural heritage of both Cilegon and Purwakarta.
Meanwhile, Kang Iman expressed appreciation for the support given. “We hope this dialogue can serve as an active space for young people to preserve culture while also discussing various strategic issues we face,” he said.
The public dialogue is scheduled to take place on August 8, 2025, at Latar Amba, Karang Tengah, Pabean, Purwakarta, Cilegon.(***)
