Cilegon, CCN. – Robinsar from Golkar Secures Most Votes in Legislative Election in Pulomerak-Grogol Electoral District, Cilegon City (March, 14th 2024)
Robinsar, a talented young man, has achieved remarkable success in the 2024 Legislative Election contest in Electoral District (Dapil) 1, Pulomerak and Grogol Districts, Cilegon City. Holding the banner of the Golkar Party, Robinsar managed to garner the most votes based on the recapitulation results of the Cilegon City General Election Commission (KPU).
In the Open Plenary Session for Recapitulation and Determination of Vote Count Results at the Cilegon City level, held on March 4, 2024, the Golkar Party demonstrated its dominance by securing 52,038 votes, equivalent to 8 seats in the Cilegon City Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD). Among the eight legislative candidates (caleg) from the Golkar Party who potentially could secure seats, Robinsar emerged with 6,340 votes.
In response to his achievement, Robinsar expressed his gratitude for the support received from his team and the community, especially from the Merak and Grogol Districts. “It’s all thanks to the hard work of the team and the support of the community, particularly from the Merak and Grogol Districts. I also extend my gratitude to the people and the campaign team who helped win this contest,” said Robinsar.
Robinsar also affirmed his readiness to take on greater responsibilities, including the possibility of becoming the Chairman of the Cilegon City DPRD if entrusted by the party. However, he emphasized that this decision entirely depends on the decision of the Golkar Party’s Regional Executive Board II. “Personally, if entrusted by the party, God willing, I am ready,” he stated.
Despite being a newcomer to the DPRD, Robinsar stated his willingness to continue learning and better preparing himself if given the opportunity to become the parliamentary leader. “Of course, I am not closing my eyes to the fact that I am also a newcomer; I still have much to learn. I must prepare myself with the remaining time if the party decides to appoint me. I will also strive to learn more about parliamentary procedures so that I am ready to lead,” he explained.
Robinsar also committed to consulting with senior members and studying the technicalities and mechanisms within the DPRD. “I will frequently seek advice from experienced seniors, perhaps even from the previous council leadership. If entrusted, I am ready,” he affirmed. “As for the official decision on who will be endorsed, we have not received any updates yet, but whatever it is, as party cadres, we will abide by the party’s decision,” he concluded.
