CCN, Cilegon – In support of the free vehicle tax extension service at Cilegon Samsat, Grogol Community Health Center (Puskesmas Grogol) contributed by deploying a First Aid (P3K) team from April 11 to 19, 2025. This collaboration reflects a strong synergy between the health sector and public service institutions to ensure comfort and health security for the community.
Throughout the assignment period, the first aid team from Puskesmas Grogol assisted 43 visitors who came to the health stand. The most common complaints were dizziness and joint pain, generally caused by fatigue or prolonged exposure to heat while queuing for Samsat services.
Head of Grogol Community Health Center, Dr. M. Arief Gunawan—familiarly known as Dr. Gun—stated that the presence of the medical team was part of their promotive and preventive health services.
“We aim to ensure that people remain in good health and feel comfortable while handling their vehicle-related administration. This reflects our commitment to always be present for the community,” he said.
Appreciation came from the Head of Cilegon Samsat, Tb. Muhamad Kurniawan, commonly known as Mr. Iwan. He expressed his gratitude for the support of the medical team in creating a more human-centered service atmosphere.
“This collaboration is very positive. The presence of health professionals brings a new dimension to our service—it’s not only fast but also caring and health-conscious,” he added.
This initiative is expected to serve as a model for cross-sector service integration, especially between health institutions and other public service entities, in delivering optimal and community-focused public services. (Red)
